Seawing Lore
Royal Lineage
Three queens ago, Queen Maelstrom declared the era of the deadly queen challenge over, embracing a new voting system- and with it, a plethora of new laws. The βmodern eraβ of the Seawings, as some dragons call it, began with her.
Queen Hadal, winning in the election against her aunt, devoted much of her reign to strengthening trade and developing ports. She amassed a decent wealth for the kingdom, and upheld the new amendments Maelstrom enforced. Queen Monsoon came after her, doing much of the same. Both of these queens are still alive.
We are now in Queen Seiβs era of governance. (Going nearly 30 years strong at this point.) Sei is a candid and fair queen, who wishes to continue strengthening international relations and improving internal conditions for all of her subjects.

Seawing Lore
The Sea kingdom is a beautiful, tropical paradise, covering a large expanse of water and islands belonging to the Bay of a Thousand Scales. Much trade goes about above-water, and the kingdom, itself, is very open to foreigners and tourists! Thereβs plenty of art and music to go see, and a lot of business to be done.
Seawings, themselves, live in two populations. Those in warmer waters, in contact with foreigners and hybrids, and those concealed in the depths of the ocean. Though nothing is different about the two groups, physically, deep-water Seawings tend to be much more conservative, never seeing other tribes except during travel.
